    Try stepping on the forward and reverse to recenter the pedal. A little cock to one side or the other will result in symptoms you described.

    Bolt a 1/2 in plate of steel to it and use it to pound on. Like an anvil.

    There is a bolt on the forward/reverse linkage that gets loose. It causes speed/power issues that you describe.

    I got the same letter for my bx25d. Different ref number. Kubota didn’t know why when I phoned. Issue was with over flow cap on cooling system. That was addressed years ago.

    I had the same problem. Turned out there was a Little Rock ( approx 1/8 in in dia) between the linkage and the frame. Wouldn't let the peddle go all the way down. Couldn't see it. Couldn't feel it. Blew it out and all was fine.

    I have a bx25 and use a Woodmax tm86h chipper. Works great. 3in oak is no problem. Chip mostly 2.5 in pine and the chipper eats it up.

    My woodmaxx was bought just for pine 3" and under with cones and leaves. My bx25 has no problems powering it. It is a TM86h.

    Stabilworks did it again

    I just got a set of stabilizers for my BX. Beautifully made. Mark made them and shipped them and there were no complications in the transaction. Way stronger and easier to use than the stock ones. Get them.
