    Adding Temp gauge to b7200Hst

Thanks a lot for your help. I've been eyeing that plug as a possible location. I pulled it this morning. Came out pretty easy. It is different threads. Where did you come up with that M16X1.5 to 1/8NPT adapter? They are great tractors. I build a 4' land plane out of 12" H bean that is just...

    Adding Temp gauge to b7200Hst

That picture is a B7200? You must of added a different alternator. Here is a picture of my engine with the bolt or plug that I think you are talking about. I couldn't figure out how to put a arrow on the picture like you did. it is just to the right of the front injector, between the two head...

    Adding Temp gauge to b7200Hst

There is a bolt or possibly a plug near the front injector that looks different then the other head bolts. It looks more like a bolt which would be different threads. Not sure how easy it will come out.

    Adding Temp gauge to b7200Hst

Has anyone found a spot on the engine block to put a sensor for a temp gauge on a b7200 without drilling and tapping? I have no whistle in my overflow tube and being tone deaf I most likely would not hear it anyway. I've found where someone added one to the upper radiator hose. Thanks for any help.

    B8200d hydraulic pump replacement

I've replaced the pump on my b7200. I ended up doing it twice in a short amount of time because I went with a cheaper aftermarket pump firs and within about 5 hrs of usage the seal went out and dump oil into the engine. Not sure how much different the b8200 is but on my b7200 it wasn't hard...

    B7200 crankshaft oil leak

I had a aftermarket hydraulic pump that leaked oil into the engine on my B7200. Where was your leak by the oil filter coming from? I've had a slow drip coming from behind the filter and I can't find it.

Yes I have seven hoses. I've attached a picture of my valve. I believe everything is factory. Thanks for all your help. I'm sure as I study your suggestions I will have more questions

    Adding a 3 spool valve

Yes 8gpm is about as low as I see. don't know if that would work. I have four hoses coming out of the control valve now going up to the FEL.

    Adding a 3 spool valve

Yes I thought about that. I would like to upgrade my sloppy joy stick and I thought it would be cleaner just to have a 3 spool valve. Yes with the low flow rate it might be hard.

    Adding a 3 spool valve

I built a grapple fork for my B7200hst this winter. I currently have a electric cylinder on it. I knew if would be slow cause I'm using one on a box scraper I built. On the box scraper it's ok to be slow on the grapple it is painful. Has anyone just swapped out the factory joystick for a 3 spool...

    What does this this do??

I have a B7200 HSTd with the 1630 loader. I've never been able to find in the manual or WSM that I downloaded what this valve does. I can't tell that it changes anything when I turn it. It is located down on the right side between the hoses that got to the loader. Thanks

Thanks for all the help. We have a couple places that work on hydraulics. I will have to give them a call and see what they will charge and if they will look at it. Bob

    B7200HST Weak hydraulics

I've seen your picture before when searching. I adjusted the one behind the slotted head. When I bought the tractor a little over two years ago I dropped all fluids and changed filters and cleaned the suction screen. Oil looked good and the suction screen looked clean. Thought maybe I wasted my...

    B7200HST Weak hydraulics

Attached are a couple pics of the valve. Like I said I have never messed with it. Maybe I should. The one picture shows a valve(I think) with nut located between the two hoses the other kind of shows a valve on the top towards the back. It just has a shaft sticking up with a rod. I thought I...

    B7200HST Weak hydraulics

I might go get a picture of that block. I don't think there is any relief valve there. A vavle to shut or divert the pressure. I'v never done anything with it. I don't think the loader has ever been off since day one but I could be wrong.

    B7200HST Weak hydraulics

It is about the same as when I use the loader.
