Yes I checked for power at the plug in the rear (that was taped up). There was power now there isn't. I checked at the fuse also and there is power (pulled out fuse). Fuse was checked and good. I don't know if there is something (maybe another connection) in between?

Thanks yes I have the key turned on when trying. This just doesn't make sense. The only thing that makes sense is a continuity issue between fuse and plug in rear. BUT I just had power. Keep in mind this tractor is only 3 years old which makes it even more odd.
