I've got the smaller Wallenstein BX42S and love it. You're right, you definitely need that hearing protection. I wear a Kask helmet + face shield and that has saved my bacon a few times when the limbs will whip and flail around as they infeed. For mine I use a quick hitch and it's pretty simple.

I had the same issues and just decided to go with Lucas Xtra HD for everything. That would include loader/backhoe and other misc. spots on the tractor and for the spindles and steering on a Deere garden tractor. It's easy to find in stores and generally well regarded.

I did just a few weeks ago. It took a few days but they got back to me with a thorough answer to my question. I've just ordered the B2650 w/BH77, but the quick-on + ripper tooth is on my short list of modifications.

I'm hoping to buy a B2650 w/ROPS and BH in the next couple of years. I agree, it would be great if they could find a way to keep the deluxe seat when paired with the BH77. Make it happen Kubota!

I think you've done a great job. Just one tidbit for information on #4. The local towns/cities/counties will likely have regulations in place prohibiting signs in the street right-of-way. The NCDOT has a similar prohibition. So those signs will have a chance of being picked up by one of those...
