The 534 loader has different, thicker, beefier flanges based on my observations. From what I have learned the 534 has 1/4 steel where the 525 has 3/16. In addition the 534 flanges are not as high off the loader arm. I'll bet that the 534's are not going to see those flanges move much if at all...

Well, in spite of the faults this loader may have, it sure works great! Here are some pictures of my latest loader work moving thousands of pounds of wet red mud out of a drainage along our road. I love using this tractor, it is one heck of a lot more fun than a shovel and wheelbarrow:D

Absolutely, between that and the fact that Kubota used 3/16" steel plate instead of the 1/4" on your 534. Looks like based on this new information that the 534 loader is not going to have this issue or at least not as much.

Yes I measured mine yesterday and those plates (brackets) are 3/16" So it appears that the 534 loader has thicker plates than the 525.
