    Hydraulics Partially Working- Kubota B3200

    Just bought used (122hrs) 2010 B3200. Used it for the 2nd time yesterday and hydraulics are partially working. The bucket will only go as high as the hood. It does rotate. The back hoe does not work. Any suggestions?
