Per Kubota"s website on build your tractor there is an increase on price from R1 to R4 and yes the rims will be different now having said that I have owned 3 new Kubota tractors and the dealers I dealt with did not charge me nothing extra at the time to change my tire choice.

What range were you plowing in?

My B-2650 flashes the turn signals same as yours ,so I would say that is normal as far as the intermittent flashing you had was probably due to some moisture that you took care of with the compressed air. Bob

Per the operators manual calls for 2500 rpm for the mid pto, and I always warm up the tractor before operating and idle for a few minutes before shutdown to let temps to stabilize on my B2650.

I own a Landpride 2584 rear blade and a Landpride 2572 rear grooming mower for over 16 years and have never had any problems with either one other than normal maintenance and I recommend them highly. Well worth the money!
