Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

I understand; it will suck to have to re-do all those fittings to do the swap, but it will be worth it if you can deal with the extra hose that way and use your QH.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

It looks like you may have enough extra hose to put the manifold on the left ROPS to use up the extra? Not sure what you mean by "Quick hitch is out for now?"

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

Excellent idea. No point in buying it if you won't use it frequently.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

As a matter of fact, I used a Neiko 1/4" Torque Wrench, which I picked up about 10 years ago to torque screws in an electric subpanels to get that 24 in.-lbs. :) I suck at estimating torque, so I learned long ago to use a torque wrench at every opportunity.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

Nice job! You can unscrew the dust covers on the valves and turn the female electric connections 180 degrees to get the wiring connectors on the inside to tame the wiring on the manifold a little bit if you want: The wiring is tricky. I was fortunate that my B2320 had the unused, switched...

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

Pressure, third-function, and tank hose routing to the left side of the tractor: The hose and wire harness routing and the valve manifold with a lot of background clutter:

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

The switchbox, much less in-the-way than the other options: I didn't use the ROPS-mounted bracket the Summit kit includes.

Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function Installation on Kubota B2320

This is not an installation guide, but I wanted to share my experience installing the Summit Hydraulics Rear Hydraulic Valve Kit with Front Third Function for Kubota B2320, B2620, B2301 & B2601 Series Tractors, SKU FR3-K4 on my 2014 Kubota B2320HSD in the hope that it will save some time and...

    Converting LA304 Bucket to SSQA?

The angle of the pins on the old bucket look like they're about the same as the SSQA plate on the new bucket, but that's something I hadn't thought of. Does it still roll back enough to hold a load? Braces, gussets, or boxing it in make sense to me. My SSQA bucket has 2 3/4" between the floor...

    Converting LA304 Bucket to SSQA?

I have a B2320 with an LA304 loader that I have already converted to SSQA, and I still have the original, pin-on, 48" bucket (A02501). I would like to buy an SSQA attachment plate and find a welder to cut the old pin-on brackets off and weld on an SSQA attachment plate so I can use the old...

B2320HSD Kubota Service Manual vs. ServiceManualVault.com?

Thanks for the response Daren. "Gooden tight" will have to do. :) I think I'm getting cautious; so many vehicles I've worked on in the past several years have torque specs for everything it's made me expect them. I'd just really hate to strip one of those plugs or have it leak. In my search I...

B2320HSD Kubota Service Manual vs. ServiceManualVault.com?

My operator's manual doesn't have torque specs for the crankcase, transmission, and front axle drain plugs. I'd like to have those specs as well as more detail in general, so I began looking for the shop manual. No joy on Kubotabooks.com. For this model, the shop manual from...
