    My fel suddenly would not lift any thing remotely heavy. It does all other functions except lift. Any suggestions?

    b 7800 trans filter protection.

    I have a b 7800 that I am using to clear a wooded lot. I have already ruptured one transmission filter with a sharp stick and do not wish to repeat this problem. Any suggestions on how to build or possibly purchase a manufactured filter protector?

    Thanks for the response. Tractor is used with 350 hours. Too busy for pictures but it appears to be in great shape.

    Is a b7800 series with FEL a good choice for bush hog work, and hauling in cut firewood. It is 4wd and the land lays level. Any advice is appreciated.

    Price recommendation for B7800

    I am looking to buy a 2008 b7800, 4x4 hydrostatic with a FEL and 350 hours. The tractor runs well and appears to be what it claims to be. Any idea as to a fair price from a dealer?

    B7800 loader

    The FEL on my B7800 works well in all positions except the down position. When you push the lever forward there is resistance and seems to be back pressure especially when you release the lever. Any ideas?
