Just wondering if it is possible to convert the manual steering on an L295DT to power steering.

Just bought L295DT. The right brake hangs up occasionally, especially after hard braking such as on an incline. Brake pedal feels free when this happens so I am pretty sure it's not the linkage. Anyone have similar issues? Is this a common problem with this model, or similar models? Any help...
