I'm planning to torque the lug nuts on the rear wheels of my M5-111. The flat to flat measurement on them is about 34.7mm or about 1.37 in.. What size socket do I need for this? Are they metric or standard? I have a 34mm deep socket but it is too small. Should I get a 35mm socket or some...

Ready for my first M5-111 oil change and a little disappointed at the difficulty of removing and replacing the filter! I would think something that has to be accessed so frequently could have unencumbered access. Oh well....... Big Mike

My manual says use oil with CJ-4 rating. This will be my first oil change. Shell makes a great 15w-40 full synthetic oil but it says something like " Improved wear performance versus API CJ-4 technology" indicating that it does not have the CJ-4 rating. Would it still be okay in your opinion...

I was laughing to myself this weekend while using my rotary cutter On my M5-111. I swear I think I use it in reverse more than I use it in forward. 😅 Anyone else do the same? Backing into rough spots. Big Mike

I finallty took the Kubota plunge today. Bought a newl 12 speed M5-111 with loader. Finally ready to get beyond Chicken Soup tractors and on to some decent power. Wish me luck! Previous "equipment"? A New Holland 3930. Big Mike
