Has anyone found the replacment ends and welded them on? Really dont want to buy the whole arm assembly.thanks

Replaced injectors, runs but when you tighten the nut on center injector it starts blowing white smoke. If you loosen the nut the smoke stops and fuel starts leaking but engine doesn't change. If I loosen any of the other 2, engine changes sound. Any help would be great
