I'm having an issue where my b2410 will not register above about 1500 RPM. Audibly the RPMs are increasing. I can see the throttle linkage moving its full range of motion at the injector pump. I assumed it was my Speedo cable so I replaced that with a factory OEM cable. No change. Any thoughts?

Is it normal for position control to do nothing until the 3pt lever is in the number 6 range? From there it seems to work appropriatly. But any number below that drops the 3pt all the way down....
