    Grinding gears G4200

    Ever since I put a new clutch in my G4200 it always grinds from neutral to any gear and reverse. When it warms up the grinding stops. I don't understand why, and theres not much adjustment other than the rod to the pedal. Am I missing something? .

    Rebuilt the clutch on this G4200 that I have and when I step on the clutch pedal it's like there's no clutch at all. I have had it apart 3 times already and don't see anything I missed. Is there something or sequence om doing wrong?
