I have a relatively new [2007 with 150 hours] L3400. My hydraulics have stopped working.they only move up a small bit.and I can hear the engine rpm slow a bit as it is struggling. My fluid is topped up with Kubota UDT. Isn't it too soon to have to change the hydraulic filter and screen? What...
