    L3540 choking down

    I have a L3540 HST ,pulling a disc in mid range or low range it keeps bogging down as if a fuel problem .I have used it with a bushog with same results .I drained fuel and replaced with new fuel still doing it .Anyone have ideas to try ? The air breather is new .
