I think it's cool that they added a new loader and some corresponding changes to make the regular L lift a lot more weight. It's at the end of the video. They also have lots of BX changes coming as well.

I think those changes on the BX is going to make an already crazy priced machine an outrageously ridiculous priced machine. It's a shame I bought my 1st BX22 in 2002 I think and it was a great little TLB over 2k hours later I traded it for a BX24 in 2006 which was a great machine too except for all the plastic they used on them that year I should have waited another year and got the BX25 where they switched back to all metal. :)

The supreme BX looks interesting. Need to know more specs. Been considering a LX2620 upgrade but will wait until I know more. Lift capacity is my main concern.

From my reading, good points on the new BX are increased lower loader capacity, 2 inch wide rear track and some of the cockpit conveniences. Negatives it’s 3 to 4 inches taller than the current BX 2680, the engine displacement is smaller, and it runs at a higher RPM, which may impact durability so at this point I’m keeping my BX 2680 with the mods I put on it

Doesn't matter what they do to the BX, it'll never be remotely as capable as an LX. An LX is two sizes up. If you have space for an LX, I wouldn't trade to a newer BX, I'd get an LX.

Paul, I can’t disagree with you. The LX does have more capability. If you really need it last 30 years I’ve gone from a BX for the backhoe to a B to a grand L down to an LX and now back to BX..
First, I will say I’m not fond of a backhoe you spend more time setting up moving setting up then you actually do digging or working things. I’ve got a small excavator..
I’m back to BX. I usually work on 1 to 2 acres. I like the maneuverability of the BX easy to get on and off and I’m 84 with arthritic hands and spinal damage but I stay active. Yes I would like more lifting capacity and I’m still looking for a solution to that but for the average homeowner without a lot of acreage the BX fits my needs very well. We all want more capability, but I finally settle down to a machine that does what I really need to do. And I’ll admit I’m constantly looking for a solution to more lifting capacity on my BX 2680
