When my very old and reliable B9200 gave problems in the middle of a job recently I purchased a "grey" L2002DT-M that was being offered at a very good price to complete the job while the B9200 was being repaired. The grey tractor has low hours for a tractor of its age and runs very well. But unfortunately the only electrics that work on it are the starter motor, key switch and gauges. None of the lights work and, importatly, the glow plug system is not working. Whilst this is not a major problem as the temperature here is warm so it starts up after a short period of cranking, I would like to track down the reason for the electrical problems and correct them. So, does anyone out there have an electrical diagram for a L2002DT-M that I might use?

Look here starting at post #26. I posted the L185, L245…L355 schematics that are the same vintage as tour L2002.

I am pretty sure they are all pretty similar to each other and you should be able to figure out the wiring for your tractor. Please note that the glow plugs are shown incorrectly as in series. The glow plugs themself are wired in parallel (engine block as ground, top has one electrical rail.
If you have any questions just ask.
Note also that the glow plugs are powered through the glow position, then indicator then the glow plugs when in pre heat position. When in crank position they also get power but the indicator is bypassed (starter drops the voltage).

Thank You Russell. Yes, those are exectly what I wanted, together with the harness diagram that Thunder Fish posted. I already have the wiring diagram for a L245 with colors of wires in the harness so am very pleased to hear that they are likely to be applicable to the L2002DT. Thank you also for raising the discrepancies wth the glow plug circuit - the more important one that I need to get working. Armed with this valuable information I will familiarise myself with the circuit over the next couple of days and then use my trusty multimeter to try and track down the electrical problems - I am sure they are multiple.
