I've got a couple small roof leaks on one of my cargo trailers. Once I have it clean, I'm wondering if I should just recoat the entire roof? Can anyone recommend a flexible sealer they have used on a cargo trailer roof?

I'd just clean the immediate area and use Eternabond tape. They make it in several colors and widths.

The Eternabond type tape could work well on seams and perhaps small holes. It is not easy to apply smoothly by yourself, so having an extra set of hands to help is advised.

Poke around on RV forums. There was something that I used years ago on my FIL's camper that is still working today. It was an elastic type paint.

Get Dicor self leveling sealer on all seams and joints. Dont feater it. Let it do its own thing. Order from amazon. I used white.
Then when it was all dried i did the white rubberized roof coating. 3 coats. Roof metal in sunlight to touch from inside is so much cooler. No sweat on roof and white makes it so much cooler on the inside.
I just went through this same deal

A lot of RVers use products by " Henrys " and rolls/brushed on.
If you are planning on keeping this trailer a long time look at getting RV Armor spray as you are done with any roof leaks & I have had this done to a rv. Its pricey but I had a pretty good insurance check in hand when I had it done.

Through the roof by Sashco. We used it on semi trailer roofs and others. available in tubes or larger containers to brush on. I would just put it on the existing holes. It has worked for me. When they say crystal clear that is what it is. Sashco website can direct to a retailer.
