Greetings Kubota board, I am a new member, and have an issue I need help with.

I bought this tractor in 2019 with @ 200 hours on it, and so far it has been a good unit for what I needed it for. Of course I have been through the learning stages, trouble shooting all of the various problems this model is known for; Regen problems, foot pedal problems, etc.

Well, now I have a new problem. The other day, I started the tractor (It's kept in my shop), backed it out, parked it, and went about working on another job. Finished up, started the tractor and parked it back in the shop. Yesterday, I needed to do a little dirt work, so I jumped on and turned the key. No click from the starter. I looked down and saw that the oil pressure light was on. Never seen that before. Went through the motions of checking all of the fuses, checked the oil level (good), basically checked everything I know to check.

I am fairly handy, and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I will add that the one thing I am not comfortable messing with is wiring/electonic stuff. Not saying I won't do it, just not a subject matter expert. And no, I don't own a multi meter.

I guess I am asking for help on a path forward. Can I pull the sensor and have it checked? Is there anything else I should be looking at? At this point the tractor will not start. I'm guessing there is some sort of interlock?

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.

The oil pressure light should be on anytime you have the key switch in the ON position with the engine not running.
Hold the key in the START position while cycling the PTO and hydrostat pedal See if the starter engages.

Thanks for the reply Whitetiger. Can't believe I hadn't thought to wiggle the HST pedal (of all things!). Looking back to when this first occurred, My grandson was sitting on my lap, and Im sure he had his foot on the pedal, dummy me.
