Well there is an NDA to be signed. Just seeing this today. I had to up my bird war efforts last evening and forgot. I got no problem sharing. I would not have offered if I did.

Here you go. I use this on all pork with the exception of ribs and it is great on chicken. It is an adaptation of a rub from Chris Lilly.

I was home today for lunch, I like a flame broiled cheese burger hot off the grill!



This evening I made what I call "double pepperoni, triple cheese" pizza!

Two layers with 8 oz of pepperoni, and three layers with 12 oz of cheese!



I should have let the dough rise another 15 minutes, but I was hungry!

Pork tenderloins, bakers, garden zucchini and beets. All grilled on the kettle. Cilantro and soy marinade and cooked perfectly.

My favorite way to cook a steak (bone in ribeye) is over good hardwood hickory, oak, dogwood, or beech and this big old rendering pot the previous owners left here as a flower pot. Throw a big old antique skillet in the mix for mushrooms and onions.

I had a hankering for pizza last night again ... Knew I would time out in Dallas TX, and parked in a dirt drop lot ... I also was swinging by home yesterday morning, and stopped by to resupply at the local grocery store in my hometown that I know I can get my truck and trailer into ...



I let it thaw in the fridge all day, then pulled and pushed the round pizza into a rectangle ...



Added some dried flaked onion, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, basil, and more cheese and pepperoni!



Popped it into my preheated tiny oven at 425° for 8 minutes ...



Cut it in quarters, but ate the whole thing!

Good thing you quartered it; I find eight slices to be too filling.
