Cleaning our the root cellar. Roasted veggies. Last years onions, sweet potatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, carrots, beets, and garlic from the garden. Love to go shopping in the root cellar.
Dinner tonight. Beef Ribs braised in red wine, rosemary, carrots and tomato’s. Served over home made egg noodles with some fresh grated parmigiana cheese and a side of sourdough bread.
