Electronic torque wrenches ... are they worth the cost?

Here's the cryptic part, I received a text from USPS late yesterday (after I'd picked the package up) to inform me that the delivery was cancelled, and then received an update from Amazon to tell me that the order was cancelled and that I was getting a refund. I have no idea what's going on. Here's a redacted screenshot from Amazon's website.
