The oil is due to be changed. The PO used UDT which is hard to get here. Is Super UDT an acceptable substitute please?
You can use any good quality universal tractor transmissIon oil including SUDT. My B7200DT lived a long and happy life on the local tractor supply's house brand. I sm sure there are plenty of similar products in England

Thanks very much Dan.
so would Super UDT 2 also be ok or is that a thinner viscosity or something?

SUDT2 is a lhinner oil and is the prefered fill in the US. Its main advantage is better cold weather flow and improved water tolerance.

I use SUDT2 in my 5 year old L3901 HST where thats a clear plus. I dont think the more than 2x cost is justified in a 35 year old gear drive machine where those properties are far less significant.

Your machine is going to be happy with any good quality UTF so IMO its strictly a pocket book issue.
