Gonna be a good dinner. Chicken soup made with necks, gizzards and hearts. Little potato soup and a side dish for lunch.

Our temps are dropping a bit soooo.....I figured either Chili or Taco Soup.

Taco Soup it was and it was goooood.

Not sure what it is but I do not like chili in any shape, form or flavor. Wife loves it and makes it all the time. Those meals for me end up being a ham sandwich or other leftovers

London broil from grill, sautéed spinach (frozen), and Cole slaw.

Not sure what you should call this but it’s a chicken, garlic, peppers and onion thing seasoned with some taco-like stuff and/or fresh cilantro.

Been making it many years. Actually very low fat.

Great on a flour tortilla or rice, topped with some hot picante, taco sauce, etc.

There’s a bunch of other toppings that would be good too, like sour cream, grated cheddar, shredded lettuce, etc., etc.

Made a pot of spicy black bean soup and topped it with cheddar cheese and some of my bacon. Tasty

We just made some airfryer sweet potato fries from our sweet potatoes that are finally cured and really sweet now along with some ham steak and cauliflower.

Broiled haddock, roasted Brussels sprouts and brown basmati rice with a little garlic and turmeric.

I got home from my sawmilling job this evening and the wife had:

Deep fried Catfish, hashbowns, & green beans. Yup, ate too much.
