Been pretty good for the gardens this summer so far. Few times it has been very hot, but we have had some welcome rains that must be just what the plants like. The wife's yard gardens look awesome, so all is well. So far she has kept the deer away with a liquid called Deer Out. Got a couple rabbits I suspect are gonna die from lead poisoning. First pic is the raised garden at the start. then as it is now. 2025.jpg 7-1-25.jpg
Here is a few shots of the plants. My peppers are doing great.

Looks nice, is the step ladder for the deer to get out after they jump in?
Haha. My neighbour is a retired army guy he loves his garden sits by it drinking beer all day with his gun shooting gophers. I told him you can’t kill everything that goes in your garden he said I can try hahah. Hard to keep everything out, big critters aren’t to bad it’s the little ones

Ours has had some struggles with it being very wet.

Looking away, oregano first. Chives, thyme and basil second. Then mint, cilantro, parsley and dill

These are different basil variety I planted today. Mrs. got it from Farmers Market last night. She says the leaves won’t get much larger.

I offer no commentary related to the variety…..😉

Sad to say, but can't take a photo of my "garden" until next time I'm at the supermarket...🥴

Do have lots of grass growing though...lawn grass (for you guys from the 60s and 70s) LOL

Your chives are out of control like my basil. I can never grow good chives.

Can barely see em over all the dang basil LOL
