1996 L2350 No Start

My 1996 L2350 Tractor has a no start problem. I have replaced the ignition switch. The new switch is acting just like the old one. There is 12.5 volts at the switch. When turned to the right the charge and oil pressure lights do not come on. Glow plug indictor will not work when the switch is turned to the left. The switch I replaced acted the same way. I am at a loss. Fuses are good. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Advice I often see on OTT for any tractor model is to check all your ground wires (especially after almost 30 years). Make sure you're getting the proper resistance / voltage. Replace old, worn, or frayed wires. Disconnect and clean where they contact the frame or body then reconnect. It's an easy first check and can eliminate a multitude of issues.

Try jumping the starter to see if it turns over, at least you'll know if that's good.

After that it gets more interesting and will require a multimeter, an electrical diagram, and patience.
