I had to do a complete tear down on my B7610. Water got into the oil. I got everything put back together and had to redo because of a timing issue. It would turn over, just not start with white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I reset the timing and came back to turn over and now I have nothing...

So I bypassed safety switches, still nothing. Checked wires, all were fine from what I could tell. For the sake of just testing, I tested the battery. Brand new, was putting of 10 volts. Bad battery. Got a new one, fired right up. Thank you all for your suggestions.

I did not bench test the starter, just assumed. I will try replacing the battery cables
