I just completed a long overdue refresh of my mower deck. I replaced the top seal on the gearbox and noticed pitting on the pinion shaft. Is there any need of concern?

I can see the fluid - the stick is dry the first time I pull it. I can’t understand why it’s on the full mark after it’s reinserted. 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for taking the time to measure that and reply. Unfortunately your measurements confirm what I was thinking. The B7800 has wider ROPS than the B7500. My ROPS measure approximately 25-5/8” between the uprights. Definitely cannot swap them.

Could you by any chance measure the width of your B2910 ROPS for me? Center to center where they bolt up.

The folding ROPS are taller than the fixed ROPS by several inches.

Maybe someone with a B7800 would be kind enough to measure their ROPS for me????
