B7200HST-D Oil Leaks - Front & Rear Crank Seals

Thanks a bunch, you really simplified that process for me! Lol I'm going to price everything out, I'll probably end up doing all the "optional" parts while I'm in there. Hopefully I can figure out why the clutch isn't disengaging with the pedal. I found out after I bought the tractor that it...

B7200HST-D Oil Leaks - Front & Rear Crank Seals

If I have this right I'm looking at parts numbered 120,130,180,190.... Should the crank sleeve (140) be replaced as well? Would that be a pressed fit?

B7200HST-D Oil Leaks - Front & Rear Crank Seals

Hey Folks, Looking for some help/advice on how to go about fixing an oil leak that has been progressively getting worse. It appears both the front are rear crank seals are leaking. The front isn't much cause for concern, but the rear has gotten to the point where it's actually dripping oil...

I could definitely see that coming in handy, thank you!

Auger for B7200 - too much?

36" Should be okay, but I just realized I was actually looking at the Compact tractor kit which comes standard with 48" bits. The added appeal of that is I can always keep the auger if I sell the 7200. Thanks for the tip.... I'll call and double check their inventory before ordering. (y)

Auger for B7200 - too much?

You make a good point about the engine size. This would be the first attachment I've run off the PTO, I'm sure it's plenty strong but I just haven't experienced it yet. The biggest issue I've seen is not having enough lift force to pull the auger from the ground. It seems the hole auger bit...

Auger for B7200 - too much?

Hey all, I'm looking for feedback/advice about utilizing an auger attachment on my B7200. My main concern.... can it handle it? EA claims to have a better designed auger for sub-compact and compact tractors that allows the proper leverage to pull the auger up from the ground after digging...

    3PH Drooping

So I started with a scotch brite, and ended up using a bristle brush on a right angle grinder/sander to clean up the deep grooves on the cylinder and piston. It didn't "remove" them but it did help smooth them out. I've now had the 3PH raised up for hours without it drooping down at all, the...

    3PH Drooping

Thats a good idea, I'll give that a shot later this morning! I already noticed a much more positive engagement pushing the piston back in by hand yesterday... makes sense seeing as the old O ring had completely flatened out. I hope you're right and this is all I need. Thanks again

    3PH Drooping

Sooooo.... not the greatest of news. The cylinder and the piston are scored. That being said I was surprised the piston head popped out while moving the 3PH lever back and forth by hand... it appears to just he friction kept Anyways, I decided to replace all of those seals - they were cheap...

    Need Help: Sizing Tilt Cylinder

I appreciate the explanation, I'd never thought of it that way. Thank you! So no matter what it definitely sounds like the control valve is leaking. I guess I need to determine if the leak-down is too much to deal with... Sounds like I will end up replacing it sooner or later.

    Need Help: Sizing Tilt Cylinder

Why is it that the loader arms can't cause leak down? I would have thought the properties of the lift and tilt cylinders would be the same...? Do control valves "wear out" or is that based upon how the valve is manufactured in the first place? I haven't even looked at what they can cost, but...

    Need Help: Sizing Tilt Cylinder

In my excitement to get the new bucket and cylinder installed I forgot to perform the test on the old cylinder. I just painted the bucket a couple of days ago and haven't had a chance to really test it out yet. I do suspect I have some leak-by at the hydraulic control. I left loaded suspended a...

    3PH Drooping

All is good, I ended up reading through the entire thread just out of interest. So - thank you! I just ordered $30 in misc gaskets, O-rings, and seals, should have them at some point next week. The seals for the cylinder were cheap so I went ahead and ordered those to... though I plan to start...

    3PH Drooping

From what I've seen so far I tend to agree. The issue with mine does seem different. If you have any input off of what you saw in the WSM I'm all ears, you certainly seem to know your stuff when it comes to hydraulic systems.
