A little more on the flickering lamp....When I start the tractor, The number "1" appears in the gear window, the neutral lamp is lit, the "F" lites when I put the shuttle in the forward position, the "R" light comes on when I put the shuttle lever in the forward position, the gear window changes...

Well I finally got back to the tractor problem and here's what I did and found. The first thing was to follow your directions. I got a WSM and read thru some of the diagnostic directions. Based on what you told me about the pressure switches and what the WSM had it seemed almost a slam dunk for...

OK. I now have in my possession a WSM for my tractor and see the diagnostic section. It will be a couple of days before I can get back to the tractor. I'll go thru service section and see what I can find out. Thanks for your help. I'll get back as soon as I can and let you know what I find.

Many thanks. I can do that. So there are 2 pressure switches I should interchange. If one is bad, the problem should reverse the upper and lower end of the pattern. Is that correct? Besides being under my feet,how else can I identify them. Your help is appreciated.

When I am in H or L range and try to go into 5th, trzctor stops and alarm beeper starts up. I then can put in neutral and down shift to any gear below 5th and it runs as it should. Anybody know what's going on? Thanks
