    When we have our first A/C blower/compressor/condenser failure in the fleet, I’ll let ya know. So far, we haven’t had one fail before the vehicle/equipment goes down the road to auction, but surely after 12 years that luck will run out.

    26 pickups 8 skid steers 4 excavators 30 Freightliner/Pete/International trucks Zero cabin air filters, zero issues, and they all blow a little harder without a cabin air filter than with. All of the above spend their entire lives bouncing down a dusty ROW.

    Maybe someone else would feel differently, but it’s pretty well unheard of for someone to do an alternator function check unless it’s been specifically requested by the customer.

    I leave the grease on all my equipment until it falls off, or it gets a pressure wash. I always get on our employees and tell them that dirty pivot pins are cared for pivot pins.

    Recreating the proper taper in that particular break is far more problematic than welding the break would be.

    I’m sure Belzona makes some absurd product that might be able to glue it back together successfully. For a little while. Maybe. Im also sure that said Belzona product will cost more than a new knuckle.

    135 bucks for the most critical sealing surface on an engine is fairly pedestrian. What’s the alternative?
