I had to turn the key to light the dashboard, then open the air nut and wait a minute. Then close the nut and try the ignition. Third try worked.

I changed my fuel filter and cleaned the water separator and reinstalled. I opened the fuel shutoff valved and closed the air vent plug. I turned the key switch to On and waited 1 minute, then turned over the engine three times for 8-10 seconds each time. Nothing... Any ideas what else I could...
