    RCK60B-22BX owners manual?

Anyone know where I can find an owners manual for the 60” MMM for a BX2200D? The Deck has a sticker with RCK60B-22BX on it? If anyone has followed my recent saga, if finally “🤞” got the axle leak fixed. Now, I’d like to check or change the gear box oil. I’d also like to know the torque spec...

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

I figured I’d give an update. I got the new case and swapped the bearings. The #’s on my bearing were Top Bearing #60 - Nachi 6910 Middle Bearing #80 -Nachi 6909 Bottom Shaft Bearing #130 - NTN 6304 I didn’t do a lot of searching, but Messick’s was the cheapest I found. Hopefully this helps...

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

Does anyone know how the bearing - part #70 is held on? Is it press fit? I definitely can not pull it off by hand:oops: I don’t really need to remove it. I just want to make certain the split collar is still in place?Split collar is #80 If the bearing is press fit, it should be ok. But if it...

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

It may be? I know the newer series is an O-ring. Where as the BX2200 uses an RTV to seal the case halves. I don’t know when they changed?

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

It looks cast to me. I first Thought maybe water intrusion. Water got in to the front axle and froze, then busted. But, it’s cracked at the top. If I remember correctly, water is heavier than oil. Which makes you think it would have cracked the lower portion? The tractor does have a FEL. So...

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

I don’t know, maybe after 19 years it just decided to “let go“. I don’t know how to weld, and I wouldn’t want it to break clean off. A new one is expensive (for me) but that looks like the only way to go? Unless any of you guys know where to get salvaged parts?

Anyone ever seen or have a front axle gear case CRACK?

I had a leak on the front left portion of the axle. Right at the knuckle and axle. I assumed it was the pivot seal. I replaced it, only to find it still leaked? See here for that -...

BX2200D - Things I learn while doing the Knuckle Pivot Seal.

You did warn me. I honestly didn’t know what a good pair was? I bought a set with different inserts. I figured surely one of them would work? Nope. Luckily, my grandfather had a set. I don’t know how old they are, but they were certainly built better and bigger than the ones I bought. I guess...

BX2200D - Things I learn while doing the Knuckle Pivot Seal.

No problem. Sorry it wasn’t any better. But I was covered in gear oil, and I don’t like the smell of the stuff either. The most important things are; Good Snap Ring Pliers - No need to start unless you have a GOOD pair. Remembering how the gear goes back in (pic above) You have to use a...

Just finished up replacing the Knuckle Pivot Seal on my BX2200D Kt was too bad, the worst part was the Snap Ring and the CLEAN UP. Sorry for the lack of picture. And less than stellar - How To - I was covered in Gear Oil and didn’t want make my phone any more than necessary and make it stink ...

    ThreeBond 1208D equivalent

I did try to search for this before I asked, and didn’t find an answer. I have to pull the front axle case off a BX tractor. The manual says to use ThreeBond 1208D or equivalent. I don’t even find this on the ThreeBond website? Can any tell me what I might use in place of it? I’ll be sealing...

BX2200 Axle Seal and Fuel Line help.

Can anyone tell me if this is right? I need to replace the fan belt. If I understand this right, I need remove the bolts to the front coupling. -The shaft that goes from the engine to the HST.- My manual says they are Torqued to 17-20 ft/lb. Does this sound right? Seems low to me? But I guess...
