Where to tee for sump return.

Thanks Dan for all the good help. You're right with just a single hose with quick connects at both ends. Heck, I'll just zip tie it to the other hoses and form a mount on the boom. I think the only thing to be careful about is plumbing the tee so it doesn't stick out to far from the frame step...

Where to tee for sump return.

Dan, good idea if I have it right. So a new permanent line that will mount from where the grapple connects - a quick connect there and run to the tee that I put in at the elbow on the lower block. That sound right? Here is a picture of the 3rd function lines for the grapple. Mike

Where to tee for sump return.

Thank you Dan, appreciate it. I will probably use that lower elbow at the block. The loader area seems a bit congested.

200hr Transmission filter change for MX5200HST

I have a MX5200. I changed all fluids (except coolant) and filters at 50 hours and I am approaching the 200hr service where I need to change only the transmission filter. I really hate draining the 10+ gallons of oil just to change the filter so I was curious if anyone has done just the filter...

    MX5800 first oil change

For what it's worth i have experienced the same headache. I have no idea how an engine spec in an owners manual isn't authoritative. Anyway, My first 50hr oil change for the mx5800 resulted in the same observation. I purged the oil, changed the filter and added the manufacturers 9.4 lit of...
