My understanding is they pay you what you paid for the tractor, minus the deductible. Sooooo, you could not claim the insurance, pay 14,000 for a new engine, or file and let the insurance pay for a new engine or give you your money back at their discretion.

If its not turning over, put the transmission in neutral and shift selector in neutral and see if it will turn over or start. This bypasses all the safety switches except the pto.

Hose was a braided type hose put on buy the previous owner. I've had the tractor 8 years. That hose was not a formed hose and split where it bent going into the motor. Did not run hot. The dynamo is behind the fan. No water pump.

New model hst.... Cutting grass and busted a lower radiator hose. Parked it, drained radiator (about 3/4 gal left), ordered a new radiator hose. Had a small leak on the pipes from the fuel pump, ordered the o rings and washers for that. Replaced those and the radiator hose, bleed the system...

Just got through putting up 189 ears of sweet corn. More to pull later. 2 bushels of Kentucky wonder beans canned. 15 pints of hot dill pickles. Waiting on the butter peas and tomatoes. Last count had 67 cantaloupe in various stages. Plenty of hot peppers, bell peppers, and onions. Life...
