When running equipment in back of our 9540 the hydraulic cylinder will bind up/ stop in one direction, but not the other, when bringing up or letting down equipment. If I raise it all the way up and the let it down slowly it will work. Have 2 sets of outlets and I'm pretty sure it does the same...

We have a 2006 M9540D with about 1000 hours that is seems to shift too hard. When moving seems to be the worst. Not that it's not completely unable to shift, but not smooth. Am I hoping for too much or is there a problem? Thnx tims

It seems the flipper switch that is activated when the seat swivels from tractor to backhoe got bent and would not engage the lever to let the tractor know it was not being used as a back hoe.
