At moment nothing hydraulic is working. When I raise the enginecrpm with the handle past 1,000 I get a raspy whiney sound that the last actual tractor repair person said was air or frozen moisture in the pump

All I find is my factory user manual that came with tractor and an exploded parts diagram of the engine
