Thank you everyone! I think we got it drained and cleaned out pretty well, now just have to change the fuel filter and clean the water separator. I'll see about getting some biocide. Appreciate the advice!

I accidentally left the cap off the diesel tank of my L6060, now there's dirt and water in there. What do I need to do? Is just emptying it out enough, or do I need to somehow flush and clean it? Either way, what's the best way to empty it? I'm new to tractor maintenance, need beginner level...
