Another update, I did as suggested, I purchased a 12V pump with a PSI rating of 4-7 and it works perfect I took the high pressure pump out of the tank and with a little modification I attached a pickup hose and filter. It runs well in the shop, I have yet to get it outside to see how it preforms...

Just an update, I have found a carburetor that was inexpensive and it bolted right on, the linkage even matched up. It will run briefly but the high pressure fuel pump will flood the carb. I am in the process now of installing a pressure regulator.

When I ran a voltage output test on 116-117 I was supposed to get 5 to 7 volts but I had zero volts on those pins.

I have a RTV 400 with fuel injection, the ECM is bad and very expensive to replace, is it possible to remove the injection and install a carburetor?

Not sure where the crank sensor is located, the manual does not show one.

I rebuilt the engine myself, the unit has not started after the rebuild except for the times I shot gas down the throttle body. It will start a run as long as your squirting gas to it. The ECU module was on it but not firing the injector.

Thanks lugbolt, I have a manual with the pin locations and I believe that I'm testing the correct terminals but I will double check that. I cant hardly believe that the ECU is bad because the unit was running before the engine rebuild. I will go back and recheck my sensors and grounds to see if...

RTV 400 ci. I cannot get the required voltage out of the ecu to fire the injector

Has anyone ever had a ECU for a RTV repaired?

I have a RTV 400 that will only start when primed, from testing I'm pretty sure the cpu box is bad. I have shopped around and those things are 2K is there a cheaper place to purchase these or is there a work around for the cpu?
