    Assuming the hoe runs off the tractor hydraulics, not a separate PTO pump, then the hoe hydraulics likely connect in series between the loader valve(power beyond) and the 3 point. The factory setup on the B2150, with a factory loader, is the 3 point gets its pressure from the power beyond port...

    Realize this thread is a few years dated, but did you finally fix the problem? If so, what was the solution? I have the exact same problem on a B2400 with an LA351 loader. Loader lever works perfect in all positions except pulled all the way down, then the upward motion of the loader stops...
