I replaced the floor pan on my 2006 BX23, same problem all rusted out and the area below it was packed with bio rust. The first one they sent me was not painted just bare steel so I refused to take it and had it returned for another one. The 2nd one was orange which seemed to be correct but...

There is an outlet up by the thermostat that is supposed to be opened while filling the cooling system . When you see coolant coming out you've bled the air so just close it back up. I also filled up the overflow after doing the previous step.
