    RTA1266 PTO conical dog bolt

Because it is tapered it will stick in the hole and requires to be tapped out, I have had to do that with mine. Just remember to protect the threads when you are tapping it. (you have to tap on the threaded end)

    Why no valve stem guards?

And that is why men have a shorter lifespan:LOL:

    Tire fill

Agree as well with NIW, however it is very very messy when you find out it is over filled, speaking from experience:oops:

Adding switches or switch panel to B2601

I like the dash idea, however I went a different way on my B2601 . I put the switches in the fenders, as it was simpler and easier than tearing into the dash. The left side is for the ROPs lighting and the right side is for the sprayer and its foam marker.

    Just Another Day In Maine

Sigh if it was up here the loader operator would be told please don't do that again and sent home and the home owner would be up on attempted murder charges

    Mystery Cable

I use mine when using the 3pt sprayer in the yard makes speed regulation easier and the application rate consistent

I don't understand the hate with the "treadle" pedal.

B2601 does not have a grease zerk on the pedal shaft there are Youtube videos showing how to install one though

I don't understand the hate with the "treadle" pedal.

I liked the pedal on the in-laws BX however when I got my B2601 it was a different matter. It was way to stiff and then I found the thread here that showed which spring to remove and then all was right in the world again.:)

    Quick Hitch? 👍 or 👎

Love my QH15 and hydraulic top link. My only complaint is the dufus that put Cat 3 hooks on a Cat 1 QH

How big a generator do I need to run a Lincoln 220 stick welder.

I am also on team trench. When we built the shop I had a 210 MIG welder and shop heat to consider I opted for a 240 volt 100 amp subpanel and underground cable (25 meters). Here we can pull selfwire wire permits, so most of the work was done by me. However I hired an electrician to run the cable...

Pros and cons to Kubota 0 turn mowers

We bought a 54" Z422 this spring to cut our approx. 2.5 acres of grass (previously using the tractor and a 60" RFM) this shortened our cutting time from 4.5 hours (wife likes lots of trees) to 2 hours. There have been no issues with this new mower and the suspension seat is great. The only other...

B2601 nose suitcase weights? What, where, and how much?

I had looked into the Kubota front weights when I first started mowing with a 60 inch RFM due to the issue of the front wheels not staying on the ground with the loader off and the the mower raised. The weights have a built in tab that bolts to the tractor frame (bolt kit extra). By a fun turn...

    Quick Hitch advice please

I have the QH15 on my B2601 so had to add the cat 1-3 bushings to most of my implements. Now that they all have bushings its no big deal. Added a Hydraulic top link and best thig since sliced bread. Only regret is that the QH16 was not available at the time I got mine, could have skipped the...
