Kubota fluid and filters.

Turned tractor off after mowing and pulled dipstick right away and noticed the hydraulic fluid was foaming. It dissipated in 10 seconds. Is this normal to have this happen? Bx2380.

Dealer said cylinder tested fine. They got the tractor to duplicate the problem and have a call into Kubota. Waiting on a response from them on what to do. This is really pissing me off. I know the issue is the cylinder but the test procedures via the manual say no.

I should mention one other thing I noticed. If I turn the steering wheel in either direction to the stops and hold the steering wheel there I can see the wheels creep back in the other direction.
