I might have found the problem but cant confirm until I get the 3 pt.valve back together. Thank you for the suggestion of a valve, there's a small one on the hydraulic block for the front loader connections.

I can raise easily by hand, no signs of grinding or friction.

Ty for answering. There is no valve that I'm aware of. I was chopping some weeds along a fence row and couldn't raise the chopper at the end.

Yes, 3 point. Sorry for the confusion.

Valve quit working with no sounds and no resistance in the lever. Mechanically, the interior springs and O rings look intact and no damage to metal parts. Front loader hydraulics are not affected. I have not removed the relief valve as the screw is dimpled. Yes, I'm a bit of a coward.
