Thanks Dan! I'm an idiot... The mechanic only changed one set of the three disconnects. When I reinstalled the loader one line (return maybe?) wasn't fully seated due to dirt. After cleaning both sides and ensuring it was fully seated, everything worked. Thanks again for helping get it sorted.

That may be true, but I wouldn’t classify my Kubota engine as “modern” since it’s all mechanical without an ECU. Either Way, it didn’t cause any damage, but thanks for the warning.

The pump is mechanical, and requires a lot of parts to be removed. I would not try starting the engine in this state unless I knew for sure it was safe.

My injectors are mechanical. In the video I attached to a previous post, you can see I let the glow plugs "pre-heat" for about 15-20 seconds before starting. During that time they were getting 10-11 volts.

I just checked everything again. I disconnected the fuel return line. When the key is turned to ACC the fuel pump runs and fuel comes out of the injection pump return line outlet. Return line reconnected. Removed stop solenoid. Verified it functions correctly. Re-installed. Removed retaining...
