    Ok so error reading the manual... there is no safety switch on the clutch...it read depress the clutch and step on the HST. So I will close this thread. I guess my only problem is the PTO doesn't turn. The local dealer thinks it may have sheared and recommended pulling the plate at the PTO...

    Got tractor from a relative so can't attest to what worked or its history. I noticed that the PTO won't engage. The PTO safety works and tractor won't start with PTO engaged. However the tractor will start without the clutch engaged. I don't have a B3300 WSM but do have a B3200 WSM which...
