    Almost hay time... My M9000's

Those M9000s look good. Did you paint the open station? Wish I had a cab tractor to match my M9540 open station. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Tapatalk

Buying advice needed, m9000 or 9540?

I wouldn't be afraid to buy either of them. They are essentially the same tractor other than the sheet metal and creature comforts. I have a 9540 and a friends has a 9000. I like my 9540 better because of the comfort and ergonomics. Some 9540 do have emission equipment on them. The model...

    M7060 vs m5 91

M5-091 is just a newer model M8560 IMO. I don't think it's going to be as big of difference as you thing. You would need to jump up to a M6 to see a big difference. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Tapatalk

    Securing ROPs when Installing canopy

Looking for help securing the ROPs on a L3800 and a M4700 when installing a canopy. The canopy has been on the L3800 for a while and the fasteners keep vibrating loose which allows the canopy to flop. Even when everything is as tight as we can get then it, it still isn't tight enough in my...

    MX5200 loader capacity problem?

If the tractor is pushing in to the pile, the loader it's not going to raise. Same thing if your holding the brake with the bucket in the pile. The loader is trying to raise and push the tractor backwards. The loader raises in an arch motion, not straight up. Sent from my SM-G960U1 using Tapatalk

    Help with PTO length

I’ve always ordered my pto shafts longer than I needed and then cut them to fit. I would find one with a collapsed length close to the length you measured and cut from there if needed. Could you add a slip clutch behind your current pto shat and it be long enough? Sent from my iPhone using...

Brush Hog slip clutch smoking black smoke

I would personally want the clutch a little tighter. The Bush Hog should bog the tractor down before it slips. It’s made to protect the drive line from a sudden impact like a stump of a rock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Adding a hydraulic top link, what size hose?

I tried the penny restriction and it didn’t work for me. It confirmed the penny to the same size as inside of the fitting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Adding a hydraulic top link, what size hose?

It came out cheaper to use 1/2” for me. By the time you adapted all the 1/2” fittings on the cylinder to work with 1/4” hose and then back to 1/2 iso coupler it got expensive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Adding a hydraulic top link, what size hose?

Ken’s Bolt On Hooks has some restriction orifice fitting. Mine has 1/2” hoses and has the restriction orifices to make the top link move at a controllable speed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    M9000 Starting Issue

Not necessarily. The ignition switch has to hold the fuel stop solenoid open. Doesn’t matter if you have a pull cord on it, if the engine isn’t getting fuel it’s not going to run. It could be the fuel stop solenoid as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A friends M9000 did the same thing. It was the ignition switch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
