Now when you say “stripped” that can mean a few different things. I am presuming that the nut spinning and you cant hold it? I would start by continually soaking it with some sort of penetrating oil, probably for a day or so. Just keep the can near it, and every hour or 2 spray it down again...

+1,000 on this. Get forks….(and a grapple) Forks are relatively cheap. They are "far and away” the most useful front implement I have (and I have a grapple and bucket as well ) ;) If someone put a gun to my head and said “Choose ONLY ONE front implement!” I would pick my forks.
