Just noticed bruceatlams post and just wanted to say beware that B6000 and B7000 share some but not all the same parts. Service dept. Vic can sell you a parts manual for the 7000...

I'm glad that worked out! We B7000 owners need to stick together cuz there are no north american equivalents to our tractor...

All I did for the blue was to spray everything with engine degreaser and then power wash. There were a few areas that needed some additional sanding but not much.

I have the parts book for the B7000 and the north american B6000 and they both give the starter as 15231-6301-2. You could try that with your local Kubota dealer... Good luck!

That does look like a B7000 I have one as well. I've attached two pages out of the parts manual that show what you need I think. With those part #s you should be able to get the parts from a kubota dealer. Good luck!

I'd like to set up a BEL like LRP has on his tractor. Is that auxiliary port useful to me for that ? Also what type of hydraulic system does this tractor have? I understand there are two types and I need to know in order to get the right control valve...

My baby(B7000) was getting pretty sad & rusty so I stripped her down & repainted. Now I don't want to take her back outside and get her dirty. Problem is my wife refuses to let me park it in the living room just to look at. :D

This looks like something significant But I can't find any info about it. Does anybody know? I'm talking about the horizontal cylinder with the large bolt head in the end directly under the seat support.

Thank you Maximus. Great news! I'll try them out. That is a very kind offer to forward the hoses to me... I have stripped the 7000 down and am repainting/ repairing everything. The thought of being stuck with ill fitting car hoses is a bit unbearable when everything should be perfect! Rowboat

Hi Vic, Still trying to track down those radiator hoses. I ordered some for a 6000/7100 and they were the right shape and length but they were only 28mm ID. The 7000 hoses are about 35mm ID. The parts manual arrived by the way. Thanks.

Is the Z650 engine used in any north american models?

As a matter of fact I do dimly recall that folks living in the rest of the country use studded tires. It was the term "hardfacing" that was new to me... Yours truly, Rowboat (from the tropical southern Gulf Islands of BC)

Can I ask what hardfaceing studs are? Are they something to do with the tires and traction?
